These terms cover your use of newtonstutoring.com. They do not cover the tutoring services Newton's Tutoring provides; those are governed by a separate enrollment agreement signed when your family joins the centre.

Use of the site

You may browse, read, and submit forms on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy content from this site.
• Submit false information through any form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

Tutoring services

Booking a free assessment through this site does not create a tutoring agreement. Tutoring services begin only after a family signs our enrollment agreement, which sets out scheduling, pricing, cancellation, and other service-specific terms. Information on this site about programs, pricing, and curriculum is general in nature and may be updated; the enrollment agreement is the authoritative source for any specific family.

Limitation of liability
