Terms and Conditions – Newton’s Tutoring

1. Fees and Payment
   All registration, learning material, and tuition fees are non-refundable. Tuition must be paid one month in advance.
   Newton’s Tutoring will observe all statutory holidays. No tuition discounts or make-up classes will be provided for these days off.
   Newton’s Tutoring reserves the right to revise tuition, registration, or material fees as necessary.
2. Program Participation
   To maximize learning outcomes, students are encouraged to maintain regular attendance, practice at home for at least 10-15 minutes daily, complete homework promptly, and follow all centre guidelines.
3. Make-Up Class Policy
   To qualify for a make-up class, notice of absence must be emailed or called in at least 24 hours in advance. One complimentary make-up session will be provided per month. Scheduling of make-up classes is at the discretion of Newton’s Tutoring and subject to availability.
4. Class Cancellation
   Newton’s Tutoring reserves the right to cancel a class or assign a substitute teacher when necessary. In the event of a cancellation by us, a prorated refund or a rescheduled class will be offered.
5. Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up
   Parents/guardians must ensure students arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class and are picked up no later than 10 minutes after class ends.
6. Liability
   Newton’s Tutoring, its employees, and representatives are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to students, parents, or property, except where otherwise required by law.
   Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Newton’s Tutoring and its staff.
